GIS Ltd has a dedicated project management team working closely with our clients, to ensure all products meet their requirements to schedule.

 

Using our tailor made approach, all projects are personally managed through from concept to delivery. Each client has the confidence in knowing that a dedicated Account Manager will be appointed to work directly with them to plan and design the project, within precise specifications and scheduling.

 

Working to the clients design guidelines, each product is tailor made to their requirements. A proposed production schedule is put in place to provide an essential framework, minimising delays and keeping projects on schedule. Our dedicated team will organise data collection, through direct liaison with all nominated areas of the business, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.

 

Going forward, after completion of a project, a review stage is then carried out to evaluate the projects performance, to highlight any required changes for future production.
